Blacktron mecha custom box art

Here, in the Lego Space universe, an M:tron astronaut is captured by a Blacktron astronaut piloting a huge Mecha....

I have a love for the old early 1990s Lego Space series of construction toys. I've seen a lot of neo-classical exosuits and mecha for the various space factions, but I hadn't seen one that (for me at least) really captured the essence and design principles of Blacktron.

I was so pleased with my creation, I wanted to share it with others.

In this digital art piece, I've tried to recreate the look of those original Lego Space box sets and instruction booklets, and produced this interpretation for my Blacktron mecha.
